  • Do you offer weekly deliveries or route service?

    Yes — that’s one of our key strengths. American Alloy provides personalized weekly route service for businesses across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We monitor your stock levels, restock bins, and deliver supplies directly to your door — ensuring you’re always fully stocked without over-ordering.
  • Can we pick up items directly from your warehouse?

    Absolutely. You’re always welcome to pick up your orders from our warehouse at: 📍 1711 Briercroft Court Suite 119, Carrollton, TX 75006 We’re open Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Walk-ins, will-calls, and same-day pickups are available depending on item availability.
  • How quickly can you fulfill special or rush orders?

    In most cases, we can fulfill rush or special orders within 24–48 hours depending on stock and supplier lead times. We maintain local inventory and work closely with distributors for priority sourcing on urgent needs.
  • Do you serve businesses outside Carrollton?

    Yes. We service the entire Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex — including Irving, Plano, Denton, Lewisville, and beyond. Our delivery vans cover a wide radius for both regular route customers and one-time deliveries.
  • Is there a minimum order amount or delivery fee?

    We do not enforce strict minimum orders for local customers. Delivery schedules and logistics are customized to your account. Some remote deliveries may include a small delivery fee, which we’ll confirm upfront during setup.
  • How do I become a customer?

  • What payment options do you offer?

    We offer Net 30 terms for approved business accounts and accept credit card, ACH, and check payments. You can also prepay for smaller or one-time orders — we’re flexible to fit your purchasing process.
  • Can you help manage inventory or offer vendor-managed inventory (VMI)?

    Yes — that’s one of our core services. Our bin management and VMI programs include: • Regular bin checks and restocking • Usage tracking and forecasting • Automated replenishment to prevent downtime • Consolidated invoicing and spend reports
  • What if I need a specialty or hard-to-find item?

    We specialize in sourcing hard-to-find parts, safety items, and industrial components through our extensive supplier network. If it’s not on our shelf, we’ll find it — fast. For recurring specialty items, we’ll add them to your route delivery plan for consistent restocking.
